I got curious about what kind of data is being generated in Office 365 for one of our clients. It was quite eye opening to see that email usage has actually gone DOWN in the last thirty days! Conversely, Teams usage went up 205%. This is no surprise, we’re even porting over their VoIP phone system to Microsoft Teams. Sharepoint and OneDrive usage are both up so we’ll need to address the management of those workflows soon.
